Interest Development Program

This program aims to support students in developing themselves in accordance with their interests. The interest development programs attended by students include: (1) English Language Training [evidence], (2) English Club [evidence], (3) Visits and Collaborations [evidence], (4) DNA (Dies Natalis Almafika) [evidence], (5) Optika (Orientation of Physics Education Students) [evidence], (6) ODWA (One Day With Almafika) [evidence], (7) Gelombang Mekanik (Angkatan Merajut Kasih Physics Education Competition) [evidence].

Talent Development Program

This program aims to support students in enhancing and appreciating their talents in fields such as arts, sports, and others. The programs include: (1) Dance and Music Training [evidence], (2) Badminton and Futsal Training [evidence], (3) LAMDA (Fun and Engaging Competition with Almafika) [evidence], (4) BKA (Almafika Blog Creations) [evidence], (5) Almafika Online (social media management) [evidence], (6) GLORASKA (Science Competition and Fellowship in Physics Education) [evidence], (7) Olympiad Training [evidence], (8) Almafika Media Training [evidence].

Reasoning Development Program

This program aims to support students in enhancing their academic quality so that they can have high reasoning abilities, be responsive to various emerging phenomena, and engage in rational and objective argumentation, as well as receptive to others’ opinions. The programs include: (1) Mentoring [evidence], (2) Writing Scientific Papers and PKM (Student Creativity Program) Training [evidence], (3) Olympiad Training [evidence].

Welfare Development Program

This program aims to support students in improving their welfare. The welfare development programs include: (1) Basoka (Almafika Social Service) [evidence], (2) Pandawa Lima (Student Community Service) [evidence], (3) Biro (Religious Guidance) [evidence], (4) GMA (Golden Message Almafika) [evidence], (5) Sahara (Silaturahmi and Ramadhan Fellowship) [evidence], (6) Providing PDH (Daily Uniform), Lab Coat, and Course Books [evidence], (7) Almafika Canteen [evidence], (8) Self-reflection [evidence].

Professionalism Development Program

This program aims to prepare students with the skills and competencies needed to enter the workforce or their profession after graduating from Unila.
